Is this just website hosting?

No. Hosting is only the base layer.

Every plan includes managed WordPress hosting, backups, updates, monitoring, licensing, and technical support. The difference between plans is not whether the server is “better”. It is how much operational attention, included technical time, response priority, and release support your website needs.

A stable brochure site and a busy ecommerce platform should not be managed the same way.

What is Included Technical Time?

Included Technical Time covers the practical work that keeps a website moving: support requests, emails, phone calls, troubleshooting, small content changes, plugin issues, form updates, minor fixes, and general technical help.

It is there so you do not need a separate quote every time something small needs attention.

It does not cover larger design changes, new features, new page builds, major development work, complex integrations, SEO campaigns, advertising work, or full project work. If something sits outside your plan, we will let you know before doing the work.

Which plan should my website be on?

The Hearth is for stable WordPress websites that need hosting, updates, backups, monitoring, and occasional technical help.

The Shield is for active business websites where content changes, plugin work, forms, fixes, and support requests come up regularly.

The Stronghold is for ecommerce, membership, higher-traffic, or more operational websites where uptime, checkout reliability, performance, and safe updates matter.

The Fortress is for larger platforms where the website is part of the business engine: ecommerce, integrations, workflows, reporting, customer experience, or internal operations.

What happens if we use more time than our plan includes?

We will not quietly run up a bill in the background.

If a request looks like it will exceed your included technical time, we will let you know before continuing. From there, we can either quote the extra work separately, use any rolled-over time available, or move you onto a plan that better matches the way your website is being used.

The goal is to have you on the right plan, not to nickel-and-dime every small request.
